County mourns passing of County Clerk Kunkel ’

Lincoln County Clerk Bob Kunkel died Wednesday near his Merrill home where he was recovering from heart surgery. Many co-workers at the county administration building were in a state of shock as the sad news circulated around the county as the Courier went to press Wednesday.
